The extent of the development of scientific research and the ratio of the number of scientists and researchers to the total population are the most important indicators of the progress of societies and their role in the ladder of human development, as scientific research is not an intellectual luxury, but rather an organized and directed endeavor towards understanding a complex issue that goes beyond the immediate personal space.

The obstacles to development and facilitating ways to deal with them with the available resources, in addition to the temptations of uncovering the unknown, are among the most important motives for scientific research. This necessitates the existence of research institutions specialized in researching the preparation of qualified human resources and a clear and purposeful future vision, in addition to linking the labor market and its issues with applied scientific research.

• Supporting researchers and scholars: Providing scientific advice and offering solutions and alternatives.
• Evaluating research projects as well as accompanying researchers in the stages of: Production, refereeing and publication.
• Contributing to linking academic research to development requirements by providing a link and partnership between academics on the one hand and various public and private companies and organizations on the other hand.
• Keeping pace with scientific and technical development globally, and facilitating access to necessary technologies, software and materials from international organizations and companies (Crown, Autodesk, Royal)
• Facilitating cooperation and communication with researchers and academics from the Arab World and benefiting from their expertise and experience in the field of scientific research.
• Creating a digital library of data and maps from local and international sources, and providing research and scientific media that facilitate the researcher’s work and success.
• Establishing an internal network for scientific research consisting of servers and modern technologies (Cloud) to ensure quick access and exchange of data between researchers in real time.
• Translating international books and references that enrich the Arabic library and provide students with the necessary information.
• Long-term investments in knowledge development and addressing local challenges.
• Providing material and technical support and participating in various scientific activities such as conferences, workshops, etc.
• Encouraging Arab investors to contribute to the development of the Arab society, especially in the reconstruction phase.
• Periodic studies on the reality of scientific research, its obstacles, and ways to develop it.
