The following terms apply to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Statement, the Disclaimer Notice and any agreements (Beneficiary or Beneficiaries / User / You / Your) means you, the person who is accessing this website and who accepts the terms and conditions of the website. The use of the above terms or any other words in the singular or plural (and/or, it/it is/it is) shall be taken to refer to the same term.

Your access to and use of the Site is subject to the terms and conditions set forth below, and your access to the Site signifies your acceptance of these terms and conditions, whether or not you are a registered user. By accessing, browsing and using the Site, you accept, without limitation or qualification, the terms and conditions of use contained herein.

Privacy Statement

For information, we use information collected from beneficiaries. We continuously update our systems and data to ensure the best possible service for beneficiaries. The Center or its authorized representative will ask the competent authorities to investigate any crimes related to computer systems and data and violate the privacy of beneficiaries’ data, prosecute those responsible, take appropriate measures against them, and oblige them to compensate for any damages resulting from this.

Registration

Some Site services are only available to registered beneficiaries and/or allow the beneficiary to request support or services electronically by entering personal information. You agree that any information provided to us through these services is complete and accurate, and that you will not register, attempt to access the Site using someone else’s name, or adopt the name of a beneficiary.

Secretariat

Without prejudice to the privacy policy, all beneficiary data and electronic documents are considered confidential. Beneficiaries are requested to keep a copy.
We do not sell, share or rent your personal information to any other party or use your email address to send unsolicited messages, and any mail sent by the Center will be in connection with the provision of services only.

Use of the National eLearning Platform is entirely at your own risk.

Unless otherwise specified, the services on this website are available within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only. You are solely responsible for assessing the appropriateness of any downloads, software or texts available through this website. Redistribution or republication of any part of this website or its content, including paraphrasing or by any other means, is prohibited without the express written consent of the National Center for e-Learning. The Center does not guarantee that the service provided through this site will be uninterrupted or error-free, although it strives to provide the best service it can.

-Brand

Many of the names, titles, trademarks and logos that appear on the National eLearning Platform are registered or unregistered under the Trademark Law (except for fair use), you may not use any NCLE trademarks without prior permission, and the display of third-party trademarks on the National eLearning Platform shall not be construed as granting us permission to use (or own) any trademarks displayed on the Site without the express written permission of the trademark owner.

Content license

Agreeing to these terms and conditions does not necessarily mean licensing the educational content, and it is required to obtain a license for the Siriapim Software Platform (Software License) before starting to teach and use the developed educational content. It is also prohibited to reproduce, distribute, publish, transfer the content to the public, create derivative works, use or share the content without prior approval from the National Center for e-Learning, based on the licensing regulations issued by the decision of the Board of Directors of the National Center for e-Learning.

Siriabeam reserves the right to change these terms from time to time as it deems appropriate, and your use of the website means that you agree to any modification to these terms. If there are any changes to our privacy policy, we will announce that these changes have been made on our website. If there are any changes in how our website users’ personal information is used, we will notify those affected through the website.
